I dont normally do review but I just have to for this item.Really good quality I will be buying it againmy pictures are about 15 years old and they come out good Cup got here 4 days later after ordering.When I ordered I got a emily the next day asking what picture i want then i send my pics to them if you want two pictures you have to have one smaller one to fit it on the cup.Really happy with it and do recommend definitely buying it for a present oh and buy one for yourself as well I want one now.

Great mug, lovely surprise for the receiver. Only one thing could be better the picture goes right up to the rim of mug so the tip of picture is missing unless you fill to top and maybe spill what's inside. Maybe a landscape picture would be better. BUT I have to say it is LOVELY and quick delivery. Thank you.

Brighter colours can be seen alot more through the black HOWEVER - this is forgotten when you see the final image after hot water is poured in - PERFECT. Much better than I imagined - this is a gift for my mum for her birthday and I would highly recommend to other buyers.The image is crystal clear once its revealed - I am so glad I didn't take notice of the few bad reviews! :)Thank you!!!

This product came quick and was well packaged. I followed the simple instructions for sending my personal photo to the seller and the quality was good when hot water was added. A simple but effective gift and cheap enough for a joke gift, a stocking filler or a little something from a secret Santa.

I have bought this soooo many times! It can be a bit fiddly with sending them the image but the company are great at responding! One of the times I bought a mug, the handle broke but the company replaced it without charging me again! Really great service and all of the people who have ever received this as a gift... there have been quite a few...have loved it!

Really helpful staff, they managed to cut off the unnecessary bits of my 2 horizontal pictures to nicely fit them both next to each other on the mug. Good quality print and mug, it does what it says, and it's cheaper than elsewhere. Highly recommend

An awful mug. First at all it arrived late and it took 8 days to arrived. I can’t blame the Royal mail as I received all my other items ordered the same day from other retailers.The mug itself is not completely dark and printed text is visible and that ruin the surprise. The printed photo is very low quality and there are some spots on the surface. Very disappointed 👎

Just order it, the company will send you an E-mail for details. Good company, arrived in time. Mug has a little white spot on the top but it doesn't affect the picture. But something have to be kept in mind is that the mug is not pitch black. It's dark grey. So the black print can be seen from close. All in all, it was a nice mug. I would purchase from them again.
