Earth Softly Washable Cleansing Pads Soft Bamboo

These pads are brilliant. They revolutionised my daily routine - I no longer use several cotton wool pads every day to remove my makeup. As others have said, the photos do not do them justice. One side of each pad is super soft, the other is a bit more like toweling. Both sides work really well and offer different options. They’re bigger then I thought they were going to be, so I only need one to take my makeup off per day. Washes up great too. I’ve been recommending to all my friends!!

Very good for makeup removal- with or without the help of makeup remover. One side is textured for deeper cleaning and the other is soft, which is good around the eyes. I pop them in a lingerie bag for washing and they are wonderful.UPDATE- I've had these now for nearly a year. I've not used a cotton pad since. My skin has transformed because they are so soft yet effective. They wash well and are still soft without any stitching coming loose. They get washed twice a week and they are practically indestructible. They dry quickly, too.

Nice and soft for removing eye makeup. The bamboo side shrunk a little in the wash whilst the fleece side didn't. Does the job but because of this a little awkward to use (the two sides don't lie together) and doesn't look quite right.

I love these. They are a brilliant size and very soft on the face. I use them with Lush cleanser and it removes all traces of make up. I've only used the one so far, I wash it out after use with soap and hang it up to dry - it's dry by morning.I'll hopefully be using these for years. It's great to not have enough to use the throw away make up remover wipes!

Bought these to stop using cotton wool pads to remove make up and reduce waste.They're super soft (literally softer than the cheap cotton wool I used to buy) so feels lovely on my skin.They're actually quite big - 11.5cm (4 1/2 inches) so was happily surprised with that.I wash them by hand with hot water and soap. There are plenty in a pack to use some whilst the others dries.It's my first time using these as a zero-waste alternative to cotton wool and so far so good!

I have been using these washable pads for over a month now. They are a good size and big enough to use one pad two times, ie. evening and morning. They have withstood many washes and, so far, have retained their softness and shape. Indications are that they will last some considerable time. It is handy having one side made of a different material for exfoliating. I have no intention of returning to disposable cleansing wipes in the future, thus reducing landfill. I definitely recommend and will be purchasing more.

Great purchase - I use one pad for 2-3 times and I can last with those for 2 weeks. They wash properly in the washing machine and come out like new. I like that they have two sides but the soft side is not good for the removal of mascara as it smears it a lot which is not really nice as the other side is a bit rough on the eyes. Despite this, I love them, they do a great job as I wanted to stop using cotton pads.

This product works fine for me so far. I just rinse them through with soap every other day, I feel that’s probably better than washing powder although I will periodically clean them in the machine. I’m still trying to find the right amount of product to use as they soak up the micellar water. I’m slightly wetting with warm water first then adding micellar to use at the moment. There is a bit of slipping of the two fabrics against each other when in use but folding in half seems to correct this.
