Have used a couple of these to stop tank leaks on generators. They work and don't leak. Got to be careful not to push too hard on them when installing through grommet, but other than that easy install.

I needed to replace the rubber seal on my generator so it would not leak any gasoline, the replacement rubber seal is made out of high-quality rubber and the metal straps and vowels also seem to be very sturdy and made of high-quality material.What’s in the box?4 x metal straps (the ones I already have were still in good condition, so it’s nice to have spares)4 x rubber seals a.k.a grommet (I already used one)2 x valves (the one I had was still in good condition, so it’s nice to have a spare)This will fit almost every single generator gas tank since the opening for the gas is the same on all generators, which I have noticed.ProsI like that this continent neatly packed inside of a box and the parts and pieces are placed in a plastic bag so they’re not just looseI like that some of the pieces that are more likely to fail you get extras, although it would be nice if I got two more vowels just to have everything matching of four.Cons:NoneMy overall expectations is definitely met and I cannot find anything negative. I bought these to insert into 5-gallon gas cans in preparation for hurricane season. These valves drilled into a 5 gallon gas can make a great backup fuel supply for my gas generators. I now have 20 gallons of fuel at-the-ready for when my power goes out.
