This is one of the best things I've bought for my granddaughter. It's cute and really soothing. The sounds are good, and peaceful.The one thing I like is it is quite light so as she grows and won't need at a soother she can have it to play with eventually.But in the mean time, a safe thing for her to keep her happy.

This was a gift for a friend for her birthday. Shed been so down as wasn’t sleeping and saw videos of babies with these. I bought the cheaper one as thought this and slightly pricier one has same settings. Would’ve spent the bit extra to give her the more advanced sheep with the re awakening type setting, as she does have to resettle him after this sheep stops. She really loved it though and slept through the night the first night I gave it to her and still does mostly. Thanked me again the other night for it and this was bought around 2 months ago. I would get one myself if I was having a child myself.

This product was extremely comforting for my baby who’s used it from birth (now 8 weeks). When she stirs in the night it definitely soothes her back to sleep when turned on. It’s also great at drowning out other noises during the day - such as squeaky floorboards as you walk around the room.My Ewan was faulty (the legs/light intermittently stopped working) but a replacement was sent without issue due to warranty.There are a few extremely irritating things worth noting -It takes three AA batteries and goes through them very quickly. The battery pack can only be accessed with a screwdriver - this is absolutely infuriating when Ewan inevitably runs out of power in the middle of the night.The Velcro on the tail and the battery pack/controls is very noisy - you cannot possibly access these or move Ewan (if attached to the cot via the tail) if the baby is asleep.This original version doesn’t have a cry sensor, I’ve had to order the Deluxe version after being awake most of the night clicking his legs to keep the baby from fully waking. Soul destroying!

This is the second Ewan sheep I’ve purchased, this one is a gift for my niece who’s expecting her first baby soon. Lovely sleep aid for baby. My grandson loves Ewan. We put on the music as he drifts off to sleep. The heart beat and the light are very soothing. There are other sounds too! Would recommend this lovely sheep to any new Mums and Dads.

You get exactly what you are promised in the description, but in the use the qualities of the product as sound machine and overall turn out to be not that great. And I used this product for 3 months already, so I have a solid opinion based on experience. What I mean?1. The fact that you cannot wash the "toy" - I am so unhappy about that! It is because the 4 buttons for the 4 different melodies are in 4 "legs" of the toy. I wouldn't call it THAT convenient to sacrifice the possibility to sanitise something that is so close to my baby. When the parcel with the product just arrived and I just opened the box, the smell was not fresh at all.. it smelled as if the toy was stored somewhere in humid basement. Also, after using it for 3 months I can imagine how much dust is in it. It would be better if you just could remove the sound machine from the plush toy so that you can wash and sanitise the toy.2. The fact that sound plays for just 20 mins and then automatically switch off just pisses me off. As soon as baby relax, get used to sound and fall asleep, sound switching off. It is very common when baby wakes up exactly in 20 mins when the sound stops, and after double checking all the other possible reasons (for my baby to wake up) I am sure that its because of the sound switching off. I would rather change batteries more often (cause the toy would play longer and use more battery), then it play for just 20 mins and wake my baby up.3. The sound quality is quite poor and its VERY quiet, not enough for sure.4. I dont like that there is not ON/OFF button. if you On the sound, you will need to wait 20 mins until it switches off. There should be an OFF button.5. I can't say that the sounds itself are having any noticeable effect on my baby. The main reason why I bought it was the fact that it plays the PINK noise (white noise combined to heartbeat sound, I thought it would make a difference). But most of times I end up switching on just white noise in a free application on my iphone and it is MUCH more effective, then the sound on this product (both calming my baby and masking all other noises outside the room). Probably because the sound is much louder on the phone, and the quality as well.Overall, as I said, you get what you see in the description and on photo, here I have no complaints.It is just that after 3 months of use I can tell that the qualities of the product itself does not turn out to be the perfect sound machine. Completely regret purchasing it.
