This was very good. Only about three applications got on top of my itchy scalp. Loved it. No awful smell to it either. No pain or itch when applying

Is it too soon to review?Well, I've used it daily for a week or two, on both a dry and damp scalp, and truly it's softened the area very well (a wee patch of psoriasis by the rear of my scalp), without the greasiness/heaviness of my current remedy (everyday E45 cream, not quite a remedy as a way of saving my pennies on the chemist's recommendation).On the one hand, the area is less flaky and hardened, I cannot pick/peel, oh forget it, let's be truthful here since I'm among friends, rip off the damed thing in vexation for it's always too tempting, the scab that annoys the hell out of me and gives me restless fingers. And hence, cause it to weep and redevelop.On the other hand, I need to apply it daily, and maybe several times a day, especially if I wash my hair daily (regular 'poo and conditioner being not medicated but organic and natural) that seems to dry the area further. Since one cannot not wash their hair, the best advice is to use good stuff in the first place. I mean, sometimes I even use - ok snack me I'm bad - chemical nasties called Herbal Essence. But it has improved, the area is smooth, not scabby, and not wept in ages for there's no caking skin to play with whilst I'm wasting time on the net.Initially vexed, I swore at the wide drip tip, launching some tirade against the designers of such a silly applicator (clearly these are veritable, accomplished and busy chemists, not designers). But it seemed best to be logical and use it straight on the scalp, that is, tip in over the area, let it drip and massage it in. Not as slow to catch on me, apply the runny stuff on your fingers first - doh, for the consistency is akin very loose watery syrup.Pricey, it may last me for a few months yet. But, definitely worth the spend.My first meeting with Eucerin, I'm impressed. It seems there may be something to the brand, they know a thing or two.

Definitely provides relief for sore, dry and itchy scalps - only minor criticism is that it doesn't seem to provide any real hydration to the scalp after the initial application. This means it works well as a product to relieve soreness, but not as a preventative one to avoid it in the first place.

Still not sure if this is any good. Goes on easily and does provide some relief. It does however have a smell to it - contains urea!

Has helped alleviate itchy scalp used in conjunction with their shampoo applying both on a daily basis

Definitely less itchy and red...which has calmed my scalp down enough to use cream to moisturise.
