Use sparingly - overpoweringly sweet
This had a decent flavour, but the sweetness level was far too high for me. Would be best in used shallow or mini mince pies with just a teaspoonful of filling. The brandy flavour was quite faint. I would have preferred less sugar and more peel, apple and brandy to create a more subtle taste. If you have a very sweet tooth, this is not a bad choice.

Best mincemeat ever.
This mincemeat was tasty no hard bits good colour. I used it in last minute Christmas cake which every one loved. Will buy again delicious.

A wonderful jar of mincemeat.
This is the best mincemeat I have ever known. It is thick, without evidence of suet, and it adds to the texture and taste of the ingredients used. I heartily recommend this product.
