CISSP (ISC)2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional Official Study Guide and Official ISC2 Practice Tests Kit

Too much of these guides provide in-depth technical information much of which is not relevant to security or the CISSP. Great detail across the topics, but does not help with pinpointing information for the CISSP. I have skimmed the book more than used end to end.
