This is my second purchase, and I have to give credit where it’s due. Here the phrase “you don’t regret buying quality” applies.The first one has been going well over a year and doing great. Second one a few months. Very dark, solid build, good design, great functions on remote, good to take up and down.

Had to cut 100 mil off the bottom very easy to do I’d rather 100 mail more than 100 mil less

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this blind wanting to test it and if I was happy with it would then buy more for the front of the house.Installation took me about 1/2 hour and I’m an average DIY’er, it probably took me longer to read the instructions.Build quality-beautiful, I paid extra to have the case wrapped in the same fabric but definitely worth it, a strong build and brilliant finish.Set up - I must admit this took me a few hours. I wanted it to connect to Alexa and have routines such as open blinds at 7am et etc. I struggled to connect it but the customer service was first rate, timely email replies walking me through what they thought was the issue (it was user error)All in all, very happy with this product and will now happily purchase more.Thanks to Amy at Graywind for all your patience

I use the blinds instead of having to draw my curtains every night and morning ! I am a stroke victim and fell over several times drawing my curtains now I just push a remote on my table side and job is done !!

Perfect measurement and colour, was not the easiest to connect with Alexa but once you done it its all easy and comfortable. App works perfectly too. Bit expensive but definitely worth it

It was the first time I purchased a customized item, I was not sure if it will be proper. It was well packed and arrived in a significantly shorter time than expected. The remotely controlledshades I ordered were perfect, exactly as advertised. The product was precisely customized to the specified measurements. The roller shades were programmed well so I can use them directly after installation. The remote control has many channels and they have set every channel with one shade. Still figuring out how topair it with Alexa so I can control it with voice and mobile phone.
