I love the stuff, it has saved my life so many times when I have felt depleted of energy.All the flavors I’ve had, and I’ve tried nearly all of them, have been fantastic and true to the “fruit” flavor.You wouldn’t think that grape would be any good (when I imagine grape flavor, horrible thoughts of childhood medicine come to mind), but this actually tastes like grape juice…..because it actually is natural flavor.And that’s part of what is so great about this stuff, natural flavor, no coloring, and works wonders.

I drink one packet a day! I have a team of 15 guys, who are stubborn about drinking water, but with these packets and different flavors, no problems with them drinking the H2O!!

The best flavor in my opinion is the Concord Grape. If you are doing a low carb or carnivore diet, these are not it (way too many sugars). If you aren't a big water drinker these do help to get that water in (grape for me). I used this product during my workout and do feel that they help.

Overly sweet with fake sugar. Not sure how that can possibly be healthy for you. Especially during severe dehydration. Might be good for a boost, but didn’t help me when I was sick and severely dehydrated. Made me feel nauseous from the taste.

I’ve tried many different “Propel” style sticks and these are by far the best ! I LOVE the flavor choices …. So many in my list of top choices, even watermelon (which is not normally on the top of my list — but it has a with these !). These are not too sweet, not too gritty, not too vitaminy ….. just right.(Passion Fruit is my other favorite, but with so many different flavors, I’m sure you’ll find yours too ;)
