Very happy with product but the supplied ruler ect to put on patern not as strong as I liked as I photo copy my patterns and only likes one sheet of paper to hold on the line of the pattern any thicker paper it doesn't hold on to magnetic board as well

I've been looking for a stand for my crossstitch charts for ages. I've traipsed round various sewing and craft shops and found nothing that met my expectations. I came across this stand by accident whilst looking for something else online and I love it!It's the perfect size for holding a crossstitch chart. It comes with a couple of really cute magnets to hold the chart on, a ruler magnet and one shaped like thread.The stand is light enough to carry in my crossstitch bag but really sturdy when in use. I have a daylight lamp that I clip to the stand and it stands nice and sturdy even with the lamp attached.This stand is essential for any crossstitcher.

I am currently working from an A3 size pattern, on two separate sheets and this holder has made it much easier for me to work from. It is an A4 size, so I just fold the pattern to the section I am working from and secure with the magnets. It also makes it quicker to locate where you are, as you can place the magnets alongside whichever part you are working on, enabling you to work quicker and with more accuracy. Also, as my pattern is in two parts, the magnets allow me to align perfectly, and to keep in position when required. I personally prefer to lie this on the armchair but there is the option to have it stood up as it has an integrated easel. This is a definite must have for cross stitches.

I'm working from a A3 size cross stitch pattern so quiet large and being able to fold it up to the part I'm working from is much easier to read. Its good that I can put the magnets on the part I'm following and it stays there, but not all the time as I may have folded the paper up too thick and the magnets do not hold on the board.

This is ideal for keeping your design flat and with the ruler it keeps you right so you see the correct stitches in colour. It can be put up as a stand or flat like a book, depending on how you work best. It is great being magnetic to hold everything exactly in place.

Great piece of kit. Really useful during sewing. The magnets are too weak so it won't hold multiple pages. I'm going to buy stronger magnets. I'm also going to save up to buy the bigger board.

Great gadget for crafters ... would have given 5 start it the rule had a open center to show only row working on and numbers to help keep count

This is a fantastic piece of kit for anyone who has a complicated pattern to follow whether its cross stitch or a tricky knitting pattern.For years I have been using a piece of card and a paper clip, which is fine but with this magnetic board it has made things so much easier. Would advise anyone considering this product to buy a bigger one than they think they may need.Worth every penny.
