I was disappointed with the size of the light pull thought it Would be bigger, however I do think this isbeautiful looking and very sparkling so for that reason I have decided to keep the diamond shape crystal

This is a pretty light pull, but it doesn't look exactly like the picture.Sadly, it proved impossible to hang this pulley to any connector.We tried at first to put the metal loop threw the original small white connector where the previous pulleyhad been, but impossible as the metal loop on the end was too flimsy to pass through and hold the chain.After trying a brass connector again, no way to cut the chain or make any knots in the end of the chain due to it being metal, so it was futile.I've hung numerous light pulleys, and it's not rock science so feeling frustrated I called the number of supplier.Speaking at length to a man who made me think he was looking at my order on a computer by asking for my order number he said he'd wrote the instructions so knew what I was looking at with this light pulley, after twenty minutes of explaining that a chain won't be able to be tied into a knot or go through a small hole with flimsy metal glasp he said he wasn't able to use a computer and had now retired from this business, informed me that a woman would answer my questions tomorrow if I wanted to call back!!! .....He completely wasted my time, I feel this item was probably defective and that's why it's not fit for purpose .....I do not recommend purchasing this light pulley.Definitely wouldn't recommend
