A lovely doll for young children
This doll was part of a "mermaid" Christmas package for my 3 year old granddaughter. I live in the U.S. and watched her open the gift (with a mermaid tail blanket and a mermaid book) via Face Time. From all appearances, Pearl was a big hit. The doll seems well made and durable for a few years of love and play. A great size for a preschooler. Not too big. Not too small. Just right for cuddling. Would definitely recommend.

Great purchase for a mermaid fan
Bought for my 2 year old daughter who loves mermaids, and this did not disappoint. She calls it her ‘silky mermaid’ as the tail is soft and silky to touch. Well made, good quality. Would definitely recommend.

Doesn't wash well
This has been one of my daughters favourite toys for many years but she got something on it that meant it needed a wash. I put it in the machine for a wash at 30 degrees and it came out ruined. The tail had changed colour and all the sparkles had come off. So I've had to buy a replacement as she was so upset. It's a nice toy buy no good of you think you'll need to wash it. Might be ok with a gentle hand wash but let's be honest, what mother has time for that.In this day and age I think all soft toys should be able to survive a low heat wash in the machine as it's highly likely it will need it. As a result of this failing that key point, I wouldn't recommend buying one of these mermaids.

Misleading sizing !!!!
These dolls are beautiful and really well made a lovely gift.The reason for such a low star rating is that I've ordered 4 of these 18" dolls & only 1 was actually 18" they turn up 9"!!!! This is because the description for these dolls is18" but if you look at the description it actually says 9" doll!!!Very misleading!!

5 Sterne ganz klar, weil die Meerjungfrau wirklich zuckersüß ist, richtig schön weich und auch gut verarbeitet. Auch die Größe mit ca 40 cm ist gut. Unsere Tochter hat die Meerjungfrau gleich ins Herz geschlossen. Empfehlenswert!
