I personally wouldn't use a removal cream on my face if I was just because I feel it's asking for trouble.I bought this product a few months ago, and usually dermaplane, but I found it really tedious and didn't like how it made my skin feel. I saw reviews that raved about this, and as it only takes 3 minutes, thought it would be a brilliant option.I cleaned my skin, applied it as directed, and at 2 and a half minutes I couldnt get it off quickly enough. They say try it for three and there was no way I could of lasted any longer.Once I took it off, my skin was absolutely red raw, pulsing and burning, I had to kneel by the sink for ten minutes to keep putting my face in cold water.It's been nearly an hour now, my skin is so tight I genuinely can't talk, it's slightly swollen on my cheekbones, and it burns so much.I really am dreading what I'm waking up to look at in the morning.If you have the thickness of elephant skin on your face(I mean this in the nicest way possible) perhaps it'll work for you. I'd just say to anyone reading these reviews to take them all with a pinch of salt.I have very sensitive skin and my experience has been good! I have tried a few different techniques to get rid of face fuzz, mainly waxing and epilating which caused me to come up in horrific acne which would last for weeks, so I had slight reluctance trying the removal cream mainly because of reading the reviews and my past reactions with other fuzz removal methods.Your skin needs to be absolutely makeup and product free. I'd suggest to get everything off your skin the night before, and in the morning rinse with water, dry and you're good to go. The first time I used it I used the spatula and did a patch test on the hairs under my ears (my mums suggestion ❤️) and left it on for 2 minutes only. I used a cotton pad to test the hair came away which it did, so wiped and washed it off and used the moisturiser. Because my reactions from epilating or waxing came up about 3 days later I left it for a good few days to test for any reaction but there wasn't a hint of anything my skin disagreed with (yay).I've done my full face today and everything is just fine with a few tweaks to the instructions. I used my fingers to use less cream (the spatula seems to really slap it on) and left it again for 2 minutes. Wiped, rinsed and moisturised. My fuzz is gone. There was a very slight burning / tingling sensation during and a for a few minutes after removing the cream and there was little redness but now it's been about an hour since washing it off and the redness is completely gone, along with my fuzz - hurray!Remember the instructions are only guidelines and don't apply to everyone. The two things I do differently is not using the spatula and leaving the cream on for only 2 minutes. My fingers give me the freedom to apply less more precisely - for me, the spatula seems to increase the amount of cream you're putting on your skin which is a burn concern. You can be quite sparing with this cream for it to take effect, always be cautious if you're applying a chemical on your face! Start small and if it works try a bit more until you've got the result you want. It's like a recipe, you're free to make your own changes if it works best for you.All in all, I think this cream is deserving of a better star status than it's got, but do be careful if you have super sensitive skin like me. If you're iffy like I was about it I hope this review helps you!
