A brilliant tool for pressing laundry. This is the first time I have ever used one of these clothes steamers. Pretty easy to use, once you get the hang of it. The water tank does as it says, offering a full 50 minutes of clothes steaming time. The clothes are a tiny bit moist so allowing them to dry fully has to be considered. I think this was mentioned in the instructions leaflet. The leaflet could have been done with clearer pictures in close view to parts and installation. It's description, rather than black and white, colour pictures would be more informative. Before actually purchasing the item, I noticed that near the item there was a downloadable pdf with a clearer display manual, which I found more useful. I really think the steamer produces a nice finish. The clothes look smooth and feel smooth. The appliance itself does not take too long to cool off. I let it cool completely before filling the tank again and continued with more steaming. I am pleased with the purchase.

It is exactly like the picture and the steam output was amazing, the size was compact however the product was a bit flimsy the steamer holds a lot of water and is easy to refill, the steamer was light and was easy to store as it had wheels.

this is a good steamer per sayhard to assemble instructions not greatattachments are dreadfulthe brush melted on the first go !! all bristles meltedthe worst thing is the hose it has a small coil on which is ok to stop the pipe bendingbut it bends (when it gets hot )further up the hose and the steam doesn't come out like a hose in the garden kinks .so you don’t have enough hands to steam and stretch the fabric and uncoil the hose(this has to be held )needs three hands to work it properly !honestly wish i had bought a more expensive onethe on off switch comes off in your handthe water leaks in the floor when you refill it and i’m not sure how safe it is with the water leakingvery poor producti think a steamer is a good idea and when you can do it it works wellbut not this brand. poor quality you get what you pay for i supposebut seriously rubbish

Great price for a very good product.Lightweight, large water tank and very user friendly.

dont like the hose as it loses steam when you have to do a hip to floor steam ,due to it bending. THis hose prefers to be horizontal which gives better results and more steam from your hip to the top of hose . As the water container is frosted plastic the only way you know you need more water when steaming, is when your using but the creases in my clothing are not flattening out.Please use filtered water if you live in a hard water area , otherwise you may find the element becomes coated with water scale and the steamer wont work properly or maybe at all, just sayin

Bought it for my daughter who is not confident with the iron for her work clothes. The steamer is a great alternative to ironing. Its so easy to use as you can put the garment on the hanget and do the steaming to remove all the creases. It takes only a couple of minutes and the garment looks great. It quick and efficient. Just fill the tank with water, heat it for about a minute and then use. My daughter is well pleased and loves using it as its so easy and quick. Well worth the price. This is better as the tank has good capacity and does not have to be carried while steaming. You are just holding the steam wand in the hand which is very light.

Pros-It is easy to assemble and disassemble.Cheap.Cons-Doesn’t feel sturdy.Constant steam either have to turn it on and off. Or fill your house with steam constantly. Takes forever to rid creases.Only effective on thin materials light cotton t shirtNot effective for normal weight it Polo shirts or mens shirts.Ultimately it didn’t live up to expectations. And was returned due to inadequate usability.
