The price gun itself is great! We really loved it when it first arrived and had some labels preloaded. However, when we tried to replace the labels, it was extremely difficult (although it shouldn't be). No instructions included in box. Picture on the box with daigram on how to install labels. Spent over an hour listening and watching u-tube video. Finally got loaded, but the labels refuse to feed through. The tension is too tight. Again no instructions or troubleshooting guides (what do you expect for $15). End story... returned the price gun and labels and would not recommend.
