Where can i buy the refill ink cartridges?

I’m not sure you can and given the price not sure they’d be worth replacing, but I’ve never tried to replace them.

Are all the pens in the box black with different colour ink cartridges?

Each colour has an individual ink filament. I don’t think they’re replaceable individually. As I usually write all my documentation in black, I use the blue to make notes. I’d say I rarely use the green and the red is great to highlight. Hope that helps.
