Stuck @ Boot Up - Android Player not starting
The media could not be loaded. Stuck @ Boot Up -Android Player not starting. Just Checked before installation but unit not getting started. Placed a repayment order through Amazon & hope will get a good & new itemTechnical Support- Average (0⭐), Support executive could not locate actual fault & suggested to install the unit first (which already not booting up while testing) & says it will work after proper installation (It means first I have to spend money for installation (charges) & get certificate from installation technician that unit is faulty & then should place replacement or contact them.Sales/After Sales Support (Reg Installation assistant etc)- Very attentive & Good support over call/phone (+2 ⭐)Item - Android Player box seal was not proper (found tempered) at the time of delivery. protective layer on screen itself had scratches. (-3⭐)
