The Leadership Challenge Workbook

I hate reading. My professor marketed this as a text book, and I hate those even more than your standard paper back novel. However, this flows so well and the examples the authors give just put things into perspective. Without even finishing this book I began to notice changes in how I was leading not only myself but those around me. If you're looking to become a leader as well as a better person, read this book.

This is a challenge workbook, not a study guide. This will not summarize the book or assist readers in studying the actual content of the book. This workbook is to take the knowledge from the book and apply it.

The best leadership book ever written. I have read 400+ leadership books and this is #1 in my library. Fantastic information, lots of superb data, well-written - I cannot say enough good things about this book - to me it is an absolute MUST read if you are in any way serious about leadership development.

The 5 practices are totally relevant in today's professional climate. I ordered a workbook for each member of my team. We are going through the exercises, and everyone has chosen a project on which to practice the principles. I believe this will give all of us the tools we need to get through some sticky problems.

This is step by stephow to put a project together so that it is accepted and meets the requirements of a solution. I would rather spend the time with problem definition and resolution than convincing people of a given solution. This book is a road map to that destination

A great tool for discussion on not only Leadership, but a concise coverage of a complex topic. Used correctly, it can have a direct positive business impact, and support breakthrough transformations of operations.

But you still need to read the original text - this is a very good product and perfect for Leadership Training & Coaching

This book requires an active leadership project. Good if you have a project; not much use if you haven't.
