Absolutely perfect product! Love it!

So I wanted to try pour overs because of the hype I read on the coffee forums. Chose this one and really am happy with it!! Enjoy experimenting with the proportions of grounds and water - Works really well - I'm actually folding the regular Mr. Coffee filters into a cone chape and using those for the time being - they work pretty well but the real filters are probably better - the bottom line here is I'm very very happy with this guy!

I bought a different ceramic pour over filter on Amazon a couple years ago but couldn’t find the same one when I needed to purchase a second one, so I bought this one. As another reviewer said, this one does not work at all!! The hole is too big, the grounds get heavy at the bottom of the cone and the water doesn’t flow and the paper filter breaks all the time and the grounds end up in the cup with a huge flow-over mess! I threw this one out and just purchased another one, hopefully better luck.

I love this thing. Nice ceramic, easy to use and easy to clean.

I love this! It has a nice weight to it, so be careful placing it on a ceramic mug, but it works a lot better than the metal one I had.

I use a cotton coffee filter with this ceramic coffee filter holder. Brewing a cup of coffee have never been as simple. The taste and temperature are perfect. I give it 10 out of 10.

So it can’t rest stably on my 4.5” wide carafe. So the image that claims a 4.5” wide base should be updated or deleted (to spare people like me from waiting for a product they will have to return).

This method of coffee making is not as easy as most drip coffee makers. But it isn't very difficult and does make a nice cup of coffee. I believe freshly ground coffee is important here. And you do have to take care of how you do the pour over as you need to try to agitate the grinds for the best results. If you just pour the grinds and do not carefully pour the hot water into the dripper, the results will be disappointing. Use good beans, and place some of the grinds in and then carefully pour the hot water over all the grinds. Then add some more grinds and repeat until the dripper is full. With these steps you will get a superior result than a drip maker. Its a pleasant way to make the coffee as it feels engaging and your more invested in the end product. If you don't care about all that, then safe yourself some extra effort and stick with a drip maker.
