Product arrived in a damaged box, particularly damaged in corners. Suspect vermin damage. Driver disappeared in minute it took me to get to the door. Bag containing goods damaged. Can't use as suspect vermin damage.

I was looking for a good organic rye flour with tried this product. I have made some crackers and they came out great. I am using the flour to make a rye sour dough starter and when it is finished I will make some sour dough rye bread. So far the starter is doing very well.
