Balls of differing firmness and size to effectively target different areas. So much more consistent in pressure than a tennis ball or other massage balls I've tried. I've found the smaller balls wonderful to release the area around my shoulders and upper chest and the larger ball is great for my back after a hard day's sitting. Same effects as a really good, deep massage. Will recommend to my therapy clients.
