How different is this from the Wash & Shampoo? The ingredients appear the same.

It contains 33% baby lotion, so instead of having to use the wash/shampoo + lotion, you can technically do both in one step. Works great, leaves my baby's skin soft and smelling nice.

is this gentle wash or ultramositurizing wash?

It the same thing. They recently changed the name and packaging. Used to be the ultra moisturizing wash now gentle wash and the cap is aqua not blue.

Does anyone use it as an adult face wash?

I am sure that you can, but I would use the Cetaphil brand face wash. This is pretty moisturizing. It's a great body wash for you or your kids!

Can use it for new born baby or must 3months ++ ?

Ithink will be safe for him at beginning start with small amount and wait if it ok you can go ahead
