Looking to get the minerals my body needs.

There are a lot of things I really like about these vitamins. I like that they are easy to swallow. I really like that they are made in the USA, that they are non-gmo, and that they are plant based(vegan). No, I'm not vegan, or even vegetarian, but that doesn't mean I want animal byproducts in everything either. I wish they were organic, though they still have a lot going for them anyway. I haven't been taking them long, though I do think I may be feeling a little better since taking them. I can't say for sure yet, and will try to update after taking them a little longer. With all that's going for them, I do think that it's a fair price. I am currently only taking 2 instead of 3 because some multivitamins have made me sick in the past. I haven't had this at all with these, so I may up them to the recommended 3 and see how I feel. I also admittedly don't like taking pills, so I do wish that the recommended amount was a little less. I like that you can, but don't have to take them with food. I think it is a great way to get some of the benefits of fruits, especially if you're not getting enough in your diet alone. I definitely think these are worth a try and may get more myself if I still like them when the bottle is done.

With a retail cost of twenty-three bucks these fruit capsules are an okay price for a months supply. However, if like me you base you serving size on meal replacements you can make it go a lot farther.On days I'm too busy or too stressed to eat right, I take the recommended 3 capsules. On days when I eat at least once balanced meal, I only take 2. And on days when I eat right the whole day I take 1 or sometimes none depending on how well i've been doing the previous days.These capsules don't really have any smell or taste at all. They didn't cause indigestion, gas, or bad tasting burps.I would recommend working your way up to 3 capsules a day. Because of a bad start I had with a different brand, I now start off with 1 a day for 3 days, then 3 a day for 3 days, up to 3 a day when I've been particularly lacking in my balanced meals.

This is a perfect blend of fruits in a convenient capsule to add health to any persons diet, I definitely like these, great and easy to take

Easy to swallow, taste is good. Gives you a good amount of fruits all in one supplement for busy people

I believe this product improving my intake of nutrients. I seem to have more energy and feel better, however there is no way to truly measure this. Would recommend based on my experiences.

I struggle to get the macro/micro nutrients fruit have so this really helps supplement that.
