Amazing quality
This product was very well packaged! Carefully delivered so not one bit of damage. The wood is solid, it’s covered in protective perspex, also the metal seems strong.great design and the frame is easy to build and very sturdy. Would be cool if you could take the aframed roof off for easy cleaning but the door is still big enough to use a small spade.

Almost perfect.
Almost brilliant.GOOD- bought to house 2 guinea pigs-Happy with the quality of materials-I Built it solo with a little screwdriver, while kids slept, easy instructions-built in Jan, now April, unaffected by northern England Winter (with cover) - still looks new and pets stayed warm & dry- coated it with culprinol garden shades outdoor paint (told it is animal safe) - went on beautifully , no flaking etc- spacious, my 3yr old lilies to get in it with them (sure they love that....)- we opened up our old metal run around the hutch and pegged it with tent pegs so that we can open the hutch door to feed/clean them etc without them being able to escape to freedom. Also gives them extra living space if we prop their door open- strong and sturdy, cross wire is suitable to keep predators away - we added tent pegs to keep it down upright on extremely stormy days (rare, e.g storm Doris) and to help eliminate gaps arising at the bottom of the frame when placed on uneven grass.WHERE IT LOSES A STAR- ramp was too steep for our guinea pigs and dragged on the ground buckling itself if I moved the hutch on my own -But I spent £3 at our wood yard and made a longer ramp at a gentler angle and added a strut to starch it to the inside on the hutch so that I can move the whole thing as one smooth piece- would be better if whole door hinged open on upstairs area for cleaning, my dustpan only just fits in the bit that opens and it's hard to clean around the corner. Sliding out the tray just makes all the sawdust plummet onto the grass below inside the run.- hard to attach a water bottle to the little bedroom wires, had to buy a tiny hamster bottle and use a wire holder from a much bigger bottle to hook over either side of the wooden window cross. Not a problem on warmer days as they can freely roam down a level -where bottles are easily attached - but it's not ideal if you want them closed up overnight.- I've sadly known foxes to open clasps so we added hasps and padlocks for a few extra £Overall, LOVE it - looks great, saves me a massive job not having to move pets in and out of hutch and separate run each tim the weather changes, pets are warm and dry and have access to fresh grass and sunlight. Good quality, will last a long time.

If you want something for show but hard to use then go for this otherwise look elsewhere
After having this for 3 years. I would say this is more for show, not really pratical house. It has lasted 3 years apart from rabbits have ate most of it, which i think happens with all wooden houses. Only good for very small rabbits, like dwarf or when they are babies. The issue we had was that it doesn't have based, so i had to buy my own one (more cost) otherwise using this indoors your floor will get dirty. Would be good have a base that you can pull out to clean similar to the top floor one. You can't use this outdoors as the foxes will rip the plastic roof off in few minutes. After this house is completely destroyed i will be buying some thing else, not this. The doors are so small to get in to clean anything inside, i hardly fit to reach inside. I'm not big guy and my wife is smaller then me and we both can't get in. For the price they are charging, there are alot better houses out there for similar or bit more money. Top floor is wasted as i would rather have two floors full length floors. Thing is you don't realise this until you have bought the house and used it for some time and see how annoying it can be to use. I got another rabbit and i got the plastic cage and it is easier to use, clean and access. This might not look as good as this (why i called it a show house for rabbits) but its practical. So if you want something for show but hard to use then go for this otherwise look elsewhere.

Perfect product and fantastic seller! 5* service
Fantastic seller and perfect product! After originally buying a wooden hutch from a high street store, and being totally dissatisfied we purchased this. I have to say it is absolutely perfect! It is sturdy, easy to assemble and perfect for my daughters guinea pigs. Delivery was so quick to. Couldn’t recommend this seller highly enough they were so helpful thank you again for all your help

Too small
We bought this hutch because it looks nice and the reviews were mostly very positive. What we didn't appreciate was just how small it is. The upstairs living area is just a nest box which, while cozy and warm, is the only dry space in the hutch - imagine a wet or cold day, or even possibly a whole winter, with your guinea pigs or rabbits unable to go anywhere other than this small enclosed box. The ramp down from the upstairs was too steep for our guinea pigs meaning that when they were downstairs in the run they were unable to go back up on their own. The run is probably just long enough for the three hop rule, but really you would need to add the run extension to make it a comfortable space - all of a sudden the hutch becomes very expensive! The latches on the doors are simple lift up devices that left us worried a fox could quite easily open them, and so we added extra latches of our own - again adding to the cost! We have now sold the hutch to a lady who is happy that her dwarf rabbit will be ok in it, but it was definitely too small for our two guinea pigs.

Brilliant!
Perfect for my one Guinea pig and one rabbit, sturdy but not as heavy as my other hutch as this is also made from plastic. It's waterproof, warm and gives lots of room for them to run. The only issue is the window in the but where they sleep, that should be completely blocked so no cold or damp can get in to their bed, I've just covered it over with plastic sheeting. They love it! And it's a great price!

Wouldn’t bother for the price
Ordered this on the 7th December. Was late being delivered, when came and built it was tiny. Wasn’t sturdy at all. Just went out to check on the rabbit and the sliding door is broken and the steps to go to the next bit is broken. Only lasted 1 month very disappointed and a waste of money
