Gave as a present and was a good idea

good and robust

Most all the tools are fine for general diy but I broke the float on the second outing. It’s handle interface is made of soft cast aluminium as far as I can tell. To be fair I was using it to pack some sand down flat for some driveway mono blocks. My fault to be honest. Broke the handle clean off. For floating some plaster or concrete I’m sure it’s just fine. I do like the bull nose trowel which works well with the flexible builders buckets and gets into the bottom edges. All in all descent enough for the money. I’m sure I could have returned them for a refund but I like the rest of the tools which I find fine and the floats really my doing. On the other hand I do have a spare float so can live with it. Not suitable for pros but I’m sure they wouldn’t be looking at these anyway😜

If you are looking for trowels for DIY and small jobs every now and again these are for you I used them to build a few garden walls and they were great and they are still in great conditionNot the greatest engineering however for the price spot on

If your just using this for a 1 off, then for the price you can’t go wrong,,

Very surprised. I have arthritis and the handles are really good to hold. It means after I’ve done my jobs I will have less pain. Well worth the money just for that

Used a couple of times so far and can't fault. Would happily recommend.

Draper Redline 69153 Trowel Set (5-Piece) Bought these as I was building a wall and large step in my garden. Most reviews spoke highly of these but not so much lastability. Well mines are still like new (they do need a good clean to keep them this way) and no signs of rust or welds breaking. If your not planning to be using these daily/weekly then these are perfect and really well priced. If I had any gripe it would be a preference for a trowel size in between the 150mm Pointing Trowel and 280mm Brick Trowel but these still did the job.
