Good Quality Silken Tofu
This is nice silken tofu. Tastes like it should do. I use this mainly for vegan desserts and sauces. We do eat this as cubes in a stir fry and if care is taken it will stay as you cut it while you can still stir it around to coat with sauce. Do add it at the end though. Not good for dishes like vegan scrambled eggs as this product is too soft and creamy. You would need firm tofu for that.

Good
This is a firm tofu, but not as firm as some other brands. It does break up easily, and is similar to a very firm silken tofu. It has a smoother, 'silkier' texture than the kind of brands you'd buy in your supermarket. Good stuff, that I'd recommend. That said, if you are expecting the firmness and density of Cauldron or Taifun tofus, you may be dissapointed. This is great for scrambles and in miso soup. I haven't tried baking or using it in a way that would require it to hold shape, but I can tell already, that whilst not impossible, it may be a little more difficult.

"Firm" tofu
Although it says firm, it's a lot better for making tofu scramble rather than for any kind of "meaty" consistency because it breaks up as soon as you cut it and god forbid you try to turn it over in a pan in one piece. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a tofu that will hold its shape but it makes a good replacement for scrambled eggs in stir fry etc.
