JJ Jumping Children's Show Activity Game Starter Set

I bought this item for my DD aged 8. She unwrapped it and absolutely loved it at first sight because it's pink and girly with a horse theme so perfect for her. However she put the poles up and she told me that one of the poles were cracked before she had even played with it. When I inspected the product closely I found that there were cracks in 2 poles and the whole thing was not fit for purpose. It was too flimsy to be taken outside and if used indoors and the poles fell then it's obvious the poles would crack. The whole purpose of hurdles is that they are knocked continuously down and therefore should be able to withstand this. I could understand if they were being sold for a fiver in a bargain basement but at 39.99 they are not cheap. So I contacted the company and returned the item at my expense of 11gpb. The seller refused to refund as they said they had been opened. How else would I know that they were damaged! Point blank refused me a refund even though they I had sent back the product following their guidelines. I contacted Amazon who told me that the seller was claiming non receipt of the item. I then had to show the email trail where the seller acknowledged they had received. After much too-ing and fro-ing I received a 30gpb refund but I am 21gpb out of pocket (well my daughter's piggy bank is). Terrible product and even worse seller. My advise is stay well away!!!

This product is a great idea, BUT the plastic used to make the poles is extremely thin and cheap and when you accidentally knock one down and land on it,they snap in half. My daughter absolutely loved this when she opened it, but is frightened to use it now, as she’s scared she’s going to break more poles. Sadly we only have 3 poles left now. It’s a disgrace that they can charge £30/£40 for this. Extremely frustrating 😣

Gave this as a present for my 6 year old niece today who is horse mad and it was an instant hit! We filled the base cups with water which really helped to keep the uprights more stable. It wasn’t long before her 2x Labrador dogs were ropped into being horses too, even her much older sister and cousins had great fun attempting the highest jump! Highly recommended.

Bought for a horse mad 4 year old, and does exactly what I intended- runs off extra energy while she thinks she’s playing (granted she’s a bit odd and likes to pretend she’s a horse, neighs and all) 😂 maybe a bit expensive, but is well made and comes with a carry case to store it all over winter.

Very poor quality. Poles are flimsy and fragile and two broke within the first two days of play. Would not recommend 😩

Very impressed with JJ jumps way better than I imagined for the price of them! Carnt wide for my sister to open them on Xmas day way better than the plain blue and red ones for double the price!
