Amazon informed me that I’ve bought this 20 times! Lol. That tells you everything you need to know! It’s absolutely delicious and my favourite spread from the Grenade range. A very close second is the Chocolate Salted Caramel. That one is very sweet indeed. But I have a sweet tooth, so it’s perfect.I’ve suffered from eating disorders for decades. In 2024/2025 I lost 9 stone in weight and am trying to maintain it. I rely on spreads like these even though I know I should eat cleaner. But I find with a history of eating disorders these spreads help me psychologically… I know they’re not the healthiest things I could be eating, but they do have much less sugar than Nutella or Biscoff spreads etc. And I’m all for finding delicious things that contain less sugar!My Type 1 Diabetic son loves these Grenade spreads too. His favourite is also White Chocolate Cookie ❤️

I use this for filled Levain style cookies and cream cookies. It tastes so good!

Very nutritional and healthy

I had to fight myself from eating this straight from the jar. It’s absolutely delicious! Great protein for something that tastes so good that it should be illegal. I spread mine on lentil cakes (like rice cakes but made with lentils). Please never stop selling these!

It's ok.Has a bit of a strange after taste

Absolutely delicious. It reminds me of a crunchy Milky Bar. I don't usually like "protein" treats, but this one just tastes good.

So good, I find myself eating it straight out of the jar! Luscious, thick spread with plenty of crispy cereal bits throughout, (although the thickness can make the spread slightly tricky to spread at times) it has a fantastic white chocolate taste and is very filling. The macros speak for themselves, and although it is a bit pricey, the taste and protein content make it worth the money. Can't wait to order again- and with amazon prime, I can get next day delivery as soon as the jar runs out. I would highly recommend the spread in warm porridge- its heavenly.
