No problems with this top. Buy bigger size.

Q: is this suitable for swimming?

It is lightweight & dries quickly but is not designed for swimming obviously. however as protection from sun it would be suitable

Q: can you wear this to go swimming

I suppose if you want to wear a Gym T-shirt to swim it, it could work
