The camera was easy to install for monitoring remotely on my Smartphone, and the camera is working very satisfactorily. For this I award 5 stars.However, I've been unable to install the camera for viewing remotely on my laptop computer. The installation instructions are written in such poor English that they are largely not understandable. For this I award 1 star.

Bought this in september. The item will not load at all. Everything is set ( I have otehr cams different makes), but this one eludes me. No info on the web or proper support online. I am not pleased as there is no way to return this item as being faulty and is still in warranty period. Will do my utmost to use my buyers rights but in the meantime, am sinmply advising others of my experience.Update 22.2.18I have writen to these sellers on several occassions explaining (nicley), my predicament in this matter. I have had neither reply nor offered help. I am now going to contact the onbudsman and even though they are not that expensive, I am prepared to bring these sellers to court and prosecute. Again, simply to inform others of those who wish to buy from these people.

Takes ages to setup, but once setup keeps on chugging, I would defiantly setup the email detection, it comes in useful at random points, to prove when children get home and if landlords actually come around.

Quality of the image is quite good though the pan and tilt are infuriatingly slow to respond via wi-fi. I had purchased the camera to monitor my home while on holiday however it went off line after a week and didn't reconnect therefore completely useless for that purpose.

I install 32gb memory card but camera records only 6h of the footage.Every ghting else working as should

Can check in on my puppy when I have to leave him. Great product.

Fantastic camera indoor use only really recomend it just cant seem to get the email options working
