Gardman A04385 Accessory Bird Feeding Acccessory, Multi-Colour, 8 x 14 x 43 cm

I ordered these trays for another make of bird feeding station, the coils where they attach to the pole are a little bigger than the dimension of the pole, but they do still fit well. They drain well when it rains, so no soggy/mouldy seeds which us what I was hoping. They are strong, heavy and very well made and an absolute bargain at the price.

Bird feeder arrived promptly & good construction. Easily replaced the old version.

These bowls are great quality and feel sturdy the birds use them well. The only issue I had wasn't exactly with the bowl but the pole of my feeder is too slim allowing the bowl to slip down, this was an easy fix with duct tape around the pole. The bowl isn't removable as its attached to the bracket but this again isn't a problem as they are easy to get on and off the pole once you know how to, I highly recommend!

It must be the weight of the birds, but unlike my other hoops this tray keeps falling down the pole. No matter how I twist it on. Often wastes the suet pellets I put into it. But I will persevere. Good strong tray though.

Bought to replace an older one that had rusted through. The birdfood doesn't sit in water as the tray is mesh. I use it for suet pellets and mealworms. Its sturdy and well made

So I had a Gardman (I think) pole with hooks for feeders. I bought two extra large, excellent quality feeders to hang on it, filled with sunflower hearts. We are fortunate to have some beautiful birds visit every day - siskins, greenfinches, goldfinches, etc. Then a pair of wood pigeons arrived to hoover up all the spoils on the ground. I noticed that the ground was getting covered in "bits" discarded by the little birds and the pigeons left them too - presumably inedible husks. It was really starting to pile up so I bought two "saucers" which screw on to the bottom of my feeders - problem solved! But then the flipping pigeons started landing on the saucers and, not being the most graceful or aerodynamic of birds, they were causing mayhem trying to balance! So... I bought this little dish to attach to the pole - for all the ground feeders (such as the pigeons) who don't like to perch on the swinging feeders! Voila! Now everyone is happy :) I have deducted a star because, ad others have said, this dish doesn't attach brilliantly and started to slide down when I first attached it. Some PTFE tape sorted it but it shouldn't have been necessary.

Replaces the one I had.

Super Erweiterung und Ergänzung, mit der Zeit wurde es etwas eng im Futterhaus. Jetzt hat sich das ganze wieder etwas entspannt. Habe noch eine zweite bestellt, die im August kommen wird.
