I needed a ruff for our William Sheepspeare who resides outside our play house. The theater was producing the Complete Works of William Shakespeare, Abridged, and this was the perfect touch to complete his outfit! I think he looks dashing!! it is true that this ruff arrives completely flat. However, if you just run cold water all over it, and dry it with the velcro fastened around a tupperware or something, it puffs right up!

Update: I wet them and let them air dry and they look exactly like the picture now, love them!Was nervous ordering due to lack of reviews/pictures but needed them for my harleyquinn costume. They are a perfect white color but did come squished because of the flat packaging, not sure how to fix that. Maybe washing them and letting them air dry. I will update the review when I try that and rate them accordingly.

Arrived totally flat... no information on how to refluff so threw them into the dryer. This did nothing to fluff them up. I don’t think they will ever look as pictured which is the look I was going for. Disappointed. They did arrive quickly and we will make them work.

The items come looking "crushed" in the package but if you steam them they will come out beautiful. They wash up well too (laundry lingerie bag), air dry and then steam.

This came much faster than promised. Came flat, so some of the ruffles are wonky, but otherwise good.

Items came squished because of the packaging and couldn’t be fluffed back up. I did a DIY Halloween costume, and it was just enough to get by. Not the worst I’ve ever seen.

Great fit. Can leave alone and wear as is or starch it. Great purchase

It fit perfectly. It definitely made my granddaughter's costume for her play perfect

Came out of the packet slightly squished but that’s to be expected, easily ruffled back up. Velcro straps are strong, overall a good product

The wrist ruffs will be too small for an adult with thick wrists. I'm 5'7" average build so they were fine for me.
