I have not been using this product long enough to tell if it is actually help my hair to regrow, however it has definitely helped to stop the itching on my scalp and my hair does look and feel thicker. I feel that the product is rather expensive and unlike other reviews I find I have to use a reasonable amount, it is worth it though to have my scalp feeling so comfortable. I wish that there was a conditioner to match this item, I use a few drops of argan oil as a conditioner but I would love a conditioner that would add even more body and shine (without the itching and build up on the scalp).I will buy again.

I'm very disappointed with this shampoo. I had great expectations because of the positive reviews, but my hair seems not to tolerate the shampoo. I am 66 years, and my hair has become thinner over the years. I have hair all over the scalp, but every single hair is very thin, and I have to wash my hair every day, because in the morning it looks very flat.I really thought that this shampoo would improve my hair, but the opposite happened. After three weeks of use I stopped using it, because it got worse and worse. My hair became electric. The inner hair adhered to the scalp, and the outermost hair flew into the air at the least contact.I thought that I had found the shampoo that I would use for a long time, but it was a waste of money for me. It may be useful to others.Update: After giving this bad review, I was immediately contacted by the seller who offered me a full refund based on their 100% satisfaction gaurantee. I also got some good advice for my hair. Therefore I am now chancing my review from one to three stars. The shampoo does not fit my hair because of static electricity, but the seller's customer service is excellent.

I've bought this shampoo via subscribe and save for a great deal but it has arrived with the pump broken. Unfortunately Amazon haven't been helpful to replace it, saying the item is only fulfilled by them and the only option was to return it and buy it again. Not very practical, not to mention i would have to pay an additional £8 due to change in price.So I've decided to keep it and use it without the pump, which is not very user friendly, however the shampoo smells lovely and it reminds me of the smell of professional shampoo at the salon. I hope it does what it promises on the bottle, however it's too soon to tell.

Having suffered from ME/CFS for many years, my once thick, wavy hair has become much finer and my scalp more visible. Nothing seemed to improve the situation. I’ve been using GetReal shampoo for several weeks, at least every other day, and find it leaves my hair lovely and manageable without the need for a conditioner. The smell is pleasant, and not overpowering. It’s too early to expect to see any new growth, but I am hopeful, as I can feel my scalp tingling when using the shampoo and feel as if my hair follicles are being stimulated.

You really do need a small amount - using too much made my hair too soft and fly-away. At first I seemed to have extra hair-shedding but since I am allergic to sulphites in food I persevered and can now see a lot of new growth. Whether or not this sheds too soon remains to be seen but I am definitely going to continue using this shampoo. It also makes my feel very conditioned and without using conditioner!

I've been using this shampoo for 3 months, nearly finished a bottle. It is ok, but no more. Having used it for couple of weeks, I didn't notice any effect, so started using supplements for hair loss as well. As a result, my situation has improved, but it is hard to say what the main contributing factor is. Also, I have to combine this shampoo with another product due to dandruff.

Was looking for something for thinning hair that was kind to hair and scalp. This seemed favourable and I liked the packaging. Have used it a few times now so a bit too soon to report results although my hair feels nourished and clean and not as stripped as with some of the high street shampoos. A lovely, subtle exotic aroma of coconut but nothing too strong at all! Feels comforting to know that my hair and scalp are being looked after.
