It's a wire and it works
This is for charging my ps3 controller to replace the rubbish 15cm one that made me think my controller was broken it wasn't and I know that thanks to this replacment the price was reasonable and the length is ideal

One cable worked
Ordered a 2m and 3m cable. The 2m worked fine charging a ps3 controller but the 3m did not work at all. Not sure how long the 2m will last as the cable split on both ends after charging once. Had to add heatshrink to strengthen it up, hopefully it lasts.

Spot on for next base stealth install in vehicle
Needed to cable tidy nextbase dash cam from cig lighter to a dual socket in cig lighter socket to allow phone charging and still have dash cam on.Fits in place and does job just enough for honda CRVSo now no cables across line of sight and a really tidy install allowing phone to be charged as well..Well impressed
