**Q: I ordered a 12, and they are a touch on the small side.  13 would probably be too big (no 12.5 available).  Do these shoes stretch?**
A: I had size 9 and they have stretched about half a size

**Q: Have Vans got reasonable arch support or are the flat like original Converse?**
A: Nope, after several years of wearing Vans on a regular basis, my arches are starting to drop & I have plantar fasciitis in one of my heels. Don't get me wrong, atwoods, Old Schools & other Vans trainers are pretty good but if you're after arch support, you something with their comfycush technology

**Q: do they arrive in a vans box?**
A: Mine were delivered in a box in a van by a man. /joke haha
