These came when expected. So great start. I've had awful pain from plantar fasciitis since doing a long walk in flat shoes. Thinking I pulled a muscle I kept walking on it... the end result... crutches. So physio, ice packs compression socks and these inserts which I have worn everyday. They feel odd to start and on the bad foot a little uncomfortable. But with perseverance they feel fine. The major crippling pain is now subsiding to the point I can now walk without serious pain. These inserts have fitted into all my everyday shoes. From court shoes to walking boots. I'm a size 6 wide and the small is perfect. I like them so much I've bought a second set! Im one happy customer.

Very good for support

I've had these for a few weeks only, so I still need a little longer to really see the benefits but they appear to be helping with my knee problems. For someone with very flat feet, they are a little firm at first but your feet get used to it as the arches readjust.The massive plus side is the slimmer fitting size. This, couple with the 3/4 length size means they fit in every shoe - from ballet flats to chunky boots and everything in-between! I was worried the slim fit would be ill fitting for my very wide, very flat feet but not at all: my heel slips perfectly into them and my foot fits snuggly into them with no awkwardness. They're very lightweight, easy to wear and I would recommend them to anyone.

Decently priced product, I suffer from Plantar Faciitis so I'm forever looking for a pocket-friendly way to relieve the pain caused form it and these are helping it a bit. One thing that I have noticed though is that. they can be a little bit too thin in width and so they move around in some of my shoes. Also, after about 3 days of wearing them I took them out, as I do every day to air them and the shoe, and the little cushioned part in the sole of them had come apart from the main insole so I had to re-stick it onto it!

This item is not a soft pillow memory foam insole. And it's not meant to be. It fits snugly into your regular footware. Mine are in my work shoes. They give really good support under the arch of the foot. And feel great at the start of the day. allowing me to walk normally. However I can only stand about 6hrs before I have to give my feet a rest. I wouldn't say these cure planter faciitis, but they really do help. I am hoping that a combination of a compression sock, these insoles and physio will help mend my problem sooner.

I've always worn a stiletto or wedge heel most of my adult life so when I had to start wearing flat shoes for work, I started to get horrendous pain in my heel and foot.Some days I could hardly walk and putting pressure (weight) on the foot was agony! Even resting would cause shooting pains in my foot.Ive tried a few things but nothing worked when a colleague told me to get some insoles for my flat shoes so I purchased these.One for my husband who needs a step in his shoe due to damage to the knee and one pair for me.I must admit I wasn't hopeful but thought for £4.99 with prime delivery I could at least try it!I can honestly say they are great! I can't tell they are in my shoes and the pain is almost 98% gone! I was so impressed with them that I used them with my high heels on a night out and the burning pain that women get in the heel and foot when wearing heels, well let's just say I didn't have any of that and was still wearing them hours later instead of carrying them and walking bare foot.I will be definitely recommend these to anyone with pain in there feet.My husband has atheritis in his knee due to damage and said that although the pain was still there, it was a massive improvement when using them.I'm giving them full marks from my own experience and will be buying a spare set soon.

Recently developed plantar fascitis and bought these to see if they helped. They do. A lot. I'm not in such a hurry to take my work boots off at the end of the day now. Ive actually got multiple pairs for different shoes. Won't use any other insoles again.

Ich muss sehr viel Laufen an der Arbeit und spätestens ab Mittag taten mir immer die Füße und die Unterschenkel bis zu den Knien hoch weh und das hielt für den Rest des Tages an. Kein Hochlegen, kein Massieren oder Einreiben hat mir Linderung verschafft - totale Überlastung der Muskulatur eben.Ich hatte irgendwie das Bedürfnis nach Etwas, das meine Füße "untermauern" also stark stützen müsste und so fand ich diese Einlagen. Sie stützen in der Tat das Fußgewölbe auf eine Weise, die spürbar aber nicht störend ist, so dass die Innenseite des Knöchels nicht nach unten wegknickt. Die Wölbung der Einlage, die von anderen Kunden als zu hart beschrieben wird, ist für mein Empfinden ein härterer halbrunder Widerstand unterm Fuß, der beim Loslaufen das Fußgewölbe leicht massiert und sehr angenehm und entspannend auf mich und meine Füße wirkt. Und ja, seit der Anwendung der Einlagen habe ich keinerlei Schmerzen mehr oder gar müde Beine!! - Sogar die Rückenschmerzen sind weniger geworden!!Sie nehmen auch nicht so viel Platz im Schuh weg wie es volle Einlagen tun - der Vorderfuß behält hier seinen Freiraum.Kann ich 100% empfehlen!!

Le uso tutti giorni per lavoro su scarponcini antinfortunistici...con loro ho risolto definitivamente il dolore ai talloni. Comode, si inseriscono facilmente nella scarpa e non si spostano nel indossare la scarpa e camminare.Lavate anche in lavatrice (temperature basse) non si sono minimamente deformate

Je suis choquée de l’efficacé. Cela fait mois que la douleurs me prend, et en utilisant ces semelles, qui n’ont pas l’air incroyables au vue de la marque et du prix. Finalement : MERCI !!!La taille correspond très bien: je fais du 37 j’ai pris un S.Elles ne se collent pas donc on peut les installer pour toutes chaussures (sauf tongs, sandales nus pieds).elles sont discrètes.Elles sont agréables, on a l’impression que ça a un effet « massant », parce que ça appuie sur la partie autour de la douleur. Je crois que c’est ce qui fait la différence.Ma douleur est quasiment partie, je peux marcher sans hurler de douleur.Juste merci !!!

Unas plantillas que me han cambiado la vida, tenía mucho dolor en los talones, tanto así que al levantarme cojeaba hasta que mi paso se normalizaba. Con las plantillas ya no tengo ese problema, pero no se solucionó de un día para otro, fue poco a poco después de varios meses. Hoy por hoy, ya no sé lo que son dolores de talón. Eso sí, al comienzo cuesta acostumbrarse, pero yo ya las llevo siempre. No uso tacones, siempre voy con deportivas (zapatillas de deporte) así que, es fácil siempre estar con ellas.Excelente compra.

Sono comode e migliorano la stanchezza dalle caviglie in su per chi ha un piccolo problema di conformazione ma che porta a sentire male alle gambe, dal ginocchio in giù e ai piedi (soprattutto tallone), con questa si allineano meglio caviglie e ginocchia.
