I always buy these. They work wonders for frequent urination, especially at night. I forgot I had them and found some left in an almost out of date bottle, it still worked wonders. Now I will not be without them. I always open the capsule and take the powder straight rather than having to drink more to take it. It seems to help almost immediatelyEdit...unfortunately something has changed, the taste is different and they no longer work for me. Such a shame as they used to be amazing. Could be a change to the source of the ingredients. Hopefully they change it back to what it used to be but I've had to move to another brand.

This product is awesome. I live with an overactive bladder, the doctor was next to useless, telling me to cut down on caffeine etc. I had no uti but my bladder was so bad I was having to wear adult pull-ups and using up to 6 a day. Within 24 hours I was wearing 1 pull-up a day and 1 at night, 1 week later, I'm not wearing them at all !! I started the capsules at full strength and slowly reduced them until I reached a maintenance level that was right for me. These capsules have given me my life back .

Love these, have bought two bottles and I have not had a UTI return. I have only had one UTI in my life a few months ago. It was so excruciating I quickly researched ways of doing my utmost to stop one ever coming back. These make me feel a lot safer and I think they're doing good things!

I've been using these for a while having been recommended them by my urology consultant to help controlling a bladder condition called interstitial cystitis....all I can say is I would not be without them they make a huge difference

If you are like me and have suffered for years with UTIs, with all of the inconvenience of doctors appointments, urine samples, antibiotics, thrush (need I go on), you've got to try these. They worked wonders for me!

I had to take penicillin initially as the pain was so bad. I took calm waters afterwards as I still did not feel it was cleared up. This helped a lot. The only negative is you have to take 3 tablets 3 times a day.

I am happy with this product it works for me and the fact that it has cranberry extract in it I don't have take two different capsules will buy again
