Husband very pleased with them. Very sharp, very sturdy.

Lovely set of top quality sharp BAHCO chisels. Will last me out, as a hobbyists, and passed on to one of my sons.

Bahco make quality tools;Pros1 These appear to be of their usual standard.2 They arrived in a very nice simple storage box.3 The handles are comfortable in the hand4 Good selection of useful sizesCons1 They are cover in some form or sticky resin....probably to stop them rusting. But this isn't something that wipes off and if its a permanent protection its too thick in parts and shouldn't be sticky (no info on this as yet)2 The chisels needed the sharpening burrs honing off (no issue as who buys chisels without a sharpening stone)3 The middle retainer in the wooden box came away in transit (simple bit of PVA wood glue sorted this)RECOMMENDED

Bought for son who does heavy duty carpentry and needed them for work. Used item to chisel into hardwood and oak and did a really good job. Used every day and did not need sharpening for a longer while than expected. Really good quality and great price. Box was a bit useless but was not an important feature to him.

Okay so my husband is a Joiner and when not at work he is always making/mending things in his shed. So as something different for his birthday I thought I'd buy him a descent set of chisels.... Well at £50 I thought they were a decent set until I saw the smile on my old mans face when he opened them. I said "what, don't you like them, they were pretty expensive, they were £50", his reply... Im sure I will use them thank you honey, but £50 for a set of 6 chisels is CHEAP!" So there, from that I would say a lovely set of chisels for most of you....unless you are a Carpenter/Joiner and use them for a living then maybe not up to scratch!

Like a previous reviewer the chisels are spot on, but the "bonus" box leaves a lot to be desired - it's little more than a recycled cigar box. The outside of the box was scored and dented on the corner with two of the chisel supports inside being broken and required gluing. Bahco doesn't ship their box with any protection, not even a cardboard sleeve which might help.Although the repairs were not difficult, and I didn't buy it particularly because of the box, you would expect a product to be delivered in first rate condition.This has let down what would otherwise have been a 5 star rating.

Ich habe es mir für die Ausbildung geholt und bin recht zufrieden, sie sind stabil, sehr scharf und auch sehr handlich. Für jeden Azubi als anfangs Werkzeug gut geeignet, habe sie an meinen Prüfungen genutzt und habe gut, schnell und handlich damit arbeiten können

Qualité Bahco. Double tranchant. l'affutage est déjà très bien et tient longtemps mais si vous êtes doué en affutage à la pierre au diamant il y a moyen d'améliorer le taillant. Je les utilisent depuis plusieurs années et j'en suis très content. J'ai également un jeu en modèle 434 qui sont un peu meilleurs.Le kit est assez complet, les dimensions sont polyvalentes. Après il est toujours possible de compléter avec d'autres tailles et c'est à voir selon votre utilisation de quelle largeur vous auriez besoin.Les manches sont ergonomiques, tiennent bien en main et ne se déforment pas sous les impacts du maillet.Le fer est recouvert d'une légère pellicule protectrice qui est pas mal.

Chisels came sharp but not sharp enough for my standards. Had to hone a very large micro bevel out of the edge. More like a macro bevel.

Falegname per lavoro , ma falegname anche per hobby, me li sono regalati per casa ,la valigetta è molto carina e il set è completo , però sappiate che dovrete armarvi di pazienza per rettificarli alla perfezione , d’altro canto da un prodotto di questa fascia non si più aspettare che siano perfetti!
