Feels well made and sounds good
Can't judge on battery life as it hasn't had prolonged use, but it's comfortable to wear and seems to work rather well. Not good for video playback or gaming as the Bluetooth delay makes sound our of sync with vision, but for my intended purpose - Teams calls and hand-free telephony - it's really good.

Audio keeps disconnecting
During game play (used on a lenovo pc) the audio keeps cutting out and causing issues

Was great.. for a few months
4 months of using it once a week and the microphone no longer works. Naturally checked the make sure I hadn't muted it with the hardware button, but nothing. It has a new home in the bin.Edit: To their credit, the customer service was terrific and they've processed a refund.

Wow. For a cheap headset this is fab.
My company doesn't have the budget this year to fork out hundreds of £s on a Jabra wireless headset for me, but the wires everywhere were driving me insane, so I bought this one with my own money.I am blown away! The mic quality is amazing, the headphones sound quality is well balanced and the style is plasticy, but for the price is actually quite chic.Really comfortable to wear for long calls and the Bluetooth range is excellent. Can go into the next room and make a coffee while still able to talk on Teams.100% would recommend!

Great Headset - Amazing Customer Service
Very happy with the product -very easy to use and also comfortable, especially when wearing all day. Unfortunately the headsets were not compatible with the landline phone at work but could use them connected to mobile and computer. The customer service team were excellent and i could not recommend this product enough.

Headset sollte für das Homeoffice genutzt werden. Klang gut, aber es klingelt nicht immer, wenn ein Anruf reinkommt.Somit nicht nutzbar.Musste es zurückschicken.
