Amazing coffee machine
Not only does it easily make a great selection of coffees but I regularly use the milk frother option for hot chocolate and it’s amazing. Easy to use, keep clean and an overall great purchase

My favorite B2C machine so far but has issues
I think it bears stating that if you're a coffee snob and espresso buff, you will not be happy with a bean to cup machine full stop - none of them will give you what you want. For the rest of us who just want a decent espresso or latte then these machines are great. Looks smart, has plenty of adjustment re: temp, grind, strength etc. The commercial style steam wand is the main reason I got this and I really like it - produces way better latter foam than the usual frothers but does need practice to master.Downsides: a pain to clean - quite why they design these things with so many nooks and crannies that get a buildup of residue, i don't know but they do. However it only needs cleaning every week or so. The main issue I have with mine is a constant leak. Every time I move it to check, there is a little pool of water on the granite worktop. I've never been able to work out where it comes from and all suggested fixes haven't helped. But it's not a huge amount so I don't worry about it.

nightmare to clean and leaks out the sides
looks great, but after 6 months of use:- the water handle snapped.- there is a little tray under the cofffee mechanism that is really hard to clean and gets moudly as its got old grinds and dampness in it- dribbles water into the cup before the coffee begins to come through- coffee tray is an odd shape and so you get random beans stuck in places and it tells you its empty when its not

Well, actually, it was a packaging problem
I couldn't figure out why the "first startup" procedure wouldn't work.Silly me. The screen wouldn't light because it was covered with an opaque "example" sticker that looked like normal operation should. I pulled it off, and... well, it should work normally.FOLLOWUP: this machine works amazingly well. I tinkered around, wound up measuring the coffee weight in my cheap old machine, increased Gaggia's coffee weight, set the "two cup" espresso option, increased the strength option a notch, an presto! Good crema, great flavor and, once I saved the settings, automatic coffee the way I like it with a single button press!MORE FOLLOWUP: I liked it so much that I bought a 2nd one for our summer place. Note that, on startup, you'll get a "maintence required -5" message. Lift the water tank, plug it in again, and hopefully you'll get rid of the air bubble in the water system.

Custo benefício. Faz tudo sozinha.
The media could not be loaded.

Great espresso, coffee/latte/macchiato/flat whites + more with the push of a few buttons!
Great espresso, coffee/latte/macchiato/flat whites + more with the push of a few buttons! I was using a Moka pot for espresso and adding milk before and the flat whites are the best match for that (I wish there was a “double” Flat White option). Yum! Trying the other drinks and options and enjoying them all. Lots of customizations available. Milk frother good for making hot cocoa, too! Even used the bypass to have a nice de-café in the evening.Delicious coffee/steamed milk drinks. Milk carafe easy to install and uninstall. Quick clean feature of carafe is nice to make sure pathway stays clean.Takes a bit of extra room in front to pull service drawer and clear spent pucks/clean and on right side to access brew works for cleaning. But otherwise, cleanup is straight forward and relatively quick. I was surprised the machine did not come with the Intenza filter, as it’s even in the manual, but that is an expendable that needs to be ordered separately (done).
