I am not going to lie but this is a decent priced indoor security camera within this price range. The camera arrived in a really cool box which is always a plus because who doesn't like the fancy packaging. It took me little longer than it should have to set up the camera but it was my fault the fact that I wasn't following the user manual.The product Box consists of a Detachable cap for the camera to hook on the wall, Charger, stick for the restart button and the actual camera. The packaging of the product is just like a smartphone package.I think this is a great Camera and the fact that it has so many features. For example, Everything is wireless.This means you will have to deal with the minimum cable, 360 View. This will cover the entire room and you can switch to 180 views as well. You can record start the recording and stop from your phone. You can communicate through your phone by sending a voice message or can hear from the camera, you can also get alert if anyone enters your room.One of the best feature about this camera is that when it gets dark the camera will automatically turn to night mode.I would like to mention few more things which are very important and those are from my personal experience. The camera doesn't have any backup battery so you would always have to keep the device plugged into the power. To use the alert function you're going to need a MicroSD for some reason.

I had a little trouble setting this up, but not through any the fault of the camera. I don't have broadband in the usual sense, I use my mobile with a data contract to provide my internet connection. This presents a problem, as this camera can only be connected via the internet. In a nutshell, the app on your mobile uses wifi to connect to this device, and instructs it (i.e. gives it the router password) to connect to the internet. But a mobile can't be on wifi and act as a mobile hotspot at the same time. This is a bit insurmountable for this device (and many others like it).So, to test this I had to set up my wife's mobile as a temporary wifi hotspot, providing internet access. I downloaded the app onto my own mobile and then proceeded to set the camera up following the instructions. Those aren't particularly clear and it did take a short while to get it working. The primary issue was that I received repeated "server unavailable" messages when trying to log in to the app. It's very possible this was due to limited data bandwidth on my wife's mobile of course, so I would not blame the camera for this.I have checked on line, and there does appear to be a PC version of the APP, which would solve the issue I've experienced, as I could use my mobile internet as a wireless access point and connect the PC to the camera for access, configuration and testing. Currently this is not downloadable though, but I will be trying again.Once working everything was fine. I took some brief footage using the camera hand held (I will attach clip) which was very easy to do and the app was simple to use. Once connected I found it stable and functioned as expected. I downloaded the app via the play store.The unit is very small and unobtrusive, and provides an extremely wide angle view of any room it's set up to view. Power is provided by the now ubiquitous micro USB cable. This is a slight negative as most people won't have a handy USB socket close to their ceiling. An adaptor plug is provided but this still requires a mains socket to be close by. It would have been ideal if an Ethernet socket were included, which would have added the option of Power Over Ethernet (POE) which would have made installation a tad easier. That said, the majority of CCTV type systems have the same power issue and it's not uncommon to have to extend cables running through floor spaces for example. A simple option in this case might be to drill a small hole from the bedroom above, and run the lead from a handy socket, under the carpet and down through the ceiling.Regarding fitting, it comes with a small clip on back, which can be fitted to the wall or ceiling, then just push the camera on and rotate. I've taken a photo of the fitting, which can be seen on my decking shot.Due to the initial configuration issues, I have not been able to play with all of the features. One that appeals is the push alert function, to send a message when the motion detector senses movement. The ability to add other people via the camera share option is also a great feature.I can see a wide variety of uses for this camera. Baby monitoring, keeping an eye on an elderly person when required, the usual security set ups, etc. I quite like the idea of sticking it in my campervan to monitor for anyone getting close to the windows. The 360 degree image would provide a view of anyone at any window.My four star review should in no way detract from what is a good camera. I feel it is important to be honest and fair, and have rated this as I found it. For the average user with standard home broadband, they will not experience the same issues that I have using my mobile as a wifi hotspot, and would recommend it as highly worthy of consideration.

Great camera simple to set up. I have put this in my garage to protect my bikes. Down load the app connect device to internet and i had to set my phone notifications to allow it to send push notifications. Simple to put up 2 screws and plugs provided. Then push up and turn to lock in place. I have good internet so camera never drops out and i can check my garage at anytime from the app in on my phone as long as my phone has internet. Camera arrived a lot quicker than was expecting and i have had running now for a week and no problems. See photos

I’m really happy with this camera, i was surprised how well works and worth every penny I paid for it. We went on holiday for a few days last weekend and I set it up with motion alert. It worked. The video quality is really good, record in HD 1280 x 720P and featured with an approx 1.3MP camera, which operates brilliant in daytime but also in night vision. It can be used for so many different things like security cam, baby monitor, pet monitor etc.

This looks like a smoke detector. I put it on the ceiling in my baby’s room. Our nanny wouldn’t know that this is a security camera. Besides we could talk from our phone app and our voice can be heard from this machine using WiFi capabilities. The picture is so clear and crisp. And it covers a very wide angle and we can almost see the entire 100 sqft room. Very satisfied!

Quality of the video is good, night vision also works great showing black and white videos. Takes a little time to get used with the video settings of the app but always try double tapping the screen. Comes with different settings that you can select if you hang it on straight on a vertical Wall, on the ceiling or in the corner of the room.Easy to install but the app could use some tweaking and sometimes you loose connection.

It won’t work without being on charge the entire time. Soon as I unplug it, the camera won’t connect. So it’s useless for its purpose. After questioned, this apparently works as intended. Don’t buy! All the photos showing no cables are lies. There’s no way to have it on the ceiling unless you have a power socket up there also!

Doesn’t work I thought it was our network but have corrected issues and still can never view it unless I reboot it every time. Not much use as a security camera.

Can view live footage on the app but playback doesn’t work over WiFi for me

I bought this camera to keep an eye on my dogs when not at home. Easy to set up and use. Excellent camera quality. The only downside is the length of the power cord

So easy to use, clear picture, see all around, option to zoom, listen and talk. Haven't had a motion alert yet so cant comment on thst

Its like haveing full 260 view the ap is amazing i use this to monitor my chickens amd it has never one failed to let me log in and connected first time no messing about opening...

I got this for peace of mind to keep a close eye on my son whom has focal generlized seizures its ok but has to stay plugged in so bit hard to put it on ceiling but all in all it...

The camera is good, but the app needed to support it is beyond useless...please read the reviews on the app before you purchase, wish I did and saved myself £40!!
