Thule Subterra Backpack 25l

Bought September 2016 and the present review written October 2021. You'll put away a tablet and a large laptop without fuss, and there are plenty of pockets for chargers, hard drives and the rest. The main compartment opens laterally with a full-length zip, making it easy to fill with either paperwork or a few travel clothes. I use my Subterra for shopping everyday: I cycle, and so a backpack is super handy to put my shopping away, and the lateral zip helps enormously with packing. it's my car's trunk! 😉 Disappointed that the external elastic pocket became torn about two years back, making it unusable - it'd be amazing to see this designed in such a way as to make the soft pocket replaceable, and as a matter of fact, in case Thule made a bag with a replaceable bottle net, it'd make sense to throw in at least one replacement with the bag, since the bag is so hard-wearing. in the meantime, I'd be happier with having the same external hard case as on the other side. I should point out that not one of the five zippers has broken. Yesterday, Amazon delivered my second Thule Subterra bag. Despite using my first one daily and treating it quite roughly for six years and ten months, it has held up until now. The only reason I've just bought a new one is that it was beginning to look tatty. I'm a picky person, and for me to find this bag still relevant after all these years and despite the range of models out there tells you a thing or two about the quality, the versatility as well as the good looks of the Subterra. awesome.

Great quality, perfect size for a school bag, holds laptop and books and provides cushioning for protection. Really pleased, functional and understated style.

Really well made large capacity backpack, with lots of pockets for passport, keys and laptop. There are 2 access points for your laptop, so you don't have to struggle to get it in or out just through the main compartment

This is the best backpack I have ever used. I have used it everyday for 6 years. It has gone to work with me everyday. It then goes to the gym ever evening. It has travelled to 17 countries with me. It has been washed about 25 times (I wash it every three months). Other than a few scratches from a particularly rough trek in Nepal, it looks like it was made yesterday. I cannot believe companies make stuff like this in our world of use and throw. I am really grateful to Thule for making something this sturdy, well designed and beautiful.

A nice bag that is well designed and seems well made (even considering the price). Slightly annoyed about the hard case as it takes up space in the bag rather than being outside the bag completely. Plenty of pockets that are spacious. Good buy

Carefully placed pockets and fantastic quality backpack. Will be using to commute to and from work. I looked through dozens and dozens of other bags before settling on this one. I'm very happy with my decision.

I’ve had this rucksack now for the last 2 months, and was immediately pleased with my purchase and still am. I found it to be extremely comfortable easily adjustable, multiple storage pockets and space saving areas. I’ve had 3 laptops, 2 tablets and 6 usb Hard drives inside and didn’t really feel much weight on my back at all. I was very surprised happily so this is easily worth the money a great purchase I’m sure I’ll be using for many years to come yet.

Very happy with my purchase. Almost 1 year on, back is still good as new, no pillings, no tears with daily use (fully packed and heavy laptop and other items inside). Hoping it was a big more spacious tho.

Buena calidad, gran cantidad de compartimientos, cierres y costuras resistentes. El unico pero que tendria seria que no tiene mucha profundidad. A simple vista tiene una altura modesta hasta que ajustas los broches para que se extienda mas.

Llego un día antes de lo esperado. Mochila perfecta. No decepciona en nada y cumple las espectativas. Muy cómoda, inpermeable y útil.

I don't like the way the straps are adjusted. They are too stiff and long; in the minimum position, they are still insufficient. The backpack is loose on the back. On the other hand, almost everything else is great. The padding is comfortable. Unzipping the backpack along the entire height is practical. The hard pocket for glasses is also convenient.

Thuleは好きで何点かの商品を使用していました。 普段使いのバックパックとして購入しましたが、身長172cmの私でサイズ感がピッタリでいい感じです。 上から入るセンターポケットは、サイドからタブレットやPCにアクセス可能で使い勝手はグッドです。 小物も別のファスナーでサイドからアクセス可能。 そのほかに小さなポケットが2つ。こちらはたまに使うものを入れましょう。 欲を言えば、長財布を入れておくポケットがインナー側に欲しかった。。。けど、その辺はどうにでもなるので、減点は無しです。 重くなった状態でも背中に背負った時には思ったほど重さを感じず、快適です。
