Good piece of kit
I like this piece of kit, and for anyone who is mostly at a computer/laptop and has numerous devices that can be charged by USB then this is for you, after a hard days work there nothing more I like to do than to come home and sit at my computer the rest of the night, I'm a vapour and 9 times out of 10 I need to charge my Mod so I can charge and continue to vape while gaming or whatever. then oh no my phone needs charged.... no problem there are 7 ports to choose from, so stick another charging USB cable in switch it on and away we go.It's a plug and go device, once you have it plugged in the stick a USB charging cable into the port and switch it on, a highlighter above will turn to Blue to indicate that it's on and charging Simples. Now I don't have to keep changing leads. I've only been using it for a few days but so far so good.I'd prefer the cable to be a bit longer as I do have it connected to the back of my Tower and it doesn't sit where I would like it but I can't complain too much, I do have a USB at the front of the tower but wouldn't be able to close the small door a have my tower in and I don't want to have to keep plugging and unplugging.it arrived fast as I'm a prime member so next day was a breeze so Kudos on that. all I all I'm pleased with the device so far and would recommend it.

ONCHOICE USB 3.0 hub
The ONCHOICE USB 3.0 hub is perfect for connecting multiple USB devices to your computer with it’s 7 USB ports. The hub is nice and compact at only 16.5cm x 3.5cm x 2.3cm and the plastic body has a good strong feel to it. The design is identical to 2 other hubs that I have, but this one supports the USB 3.0 specification. Each of the 7 ports has it’s own on/off switch which I find is the hubs best feature – as it allows me to individually switch on/off my USB devices and removes the need to unplug them. This is perfect for my USB headset, as if I want to use the speakers, I can simply switch off the headset. Before, I would have had to either unplug the headset or go into the device playback settings and change the device. It is also really useful for switching off my Xbox360 Controller, which can be a little annoying in some games when using the keyboard and mouse, as having the controller connected seems to make it the default control device. It also means that I do not have the controller rattling around on my desk when a game supports force-feedback.As well as the individual power buttons, each port also has it’s own blue LED indicator.ONCHOICE have supplied a good length, flat USB 3.0 Micro B cable with the hub (approx. 95cm), which is great as several hubs I have bought in the past have been fitted with tiny cables and I have needed to add an extension cable to them. You will also find a power socket on the end of the hub, which can be used to supply the hub with extra power if needed. If you connect several higher powered devices to the hub at the same time (eg, portable HDD’s), you will probably not have enough power to power them all properly and would need to supply the hub with additional power). Unfortunately ONCHOICE do not supply the power adapter and I cannot see any information about how the power socket is wired (eg, if the pin is positive or negative).***** In The Box *****1 x ONCHOICE 7 Port USB 3.0 HUB1 x USB 3.0 Connecting Cable***** Conclusion *****The ONCHOICE hub has a good build quality and I really like having each port individually switched – this is something that is lacking on most hubs, but offers a really useful benefit. When connected to my PC, each port has worked fine and when I have connected a portable HDD, the transfer speed has not been affected in anyway by the hub, and I have been able to achieve the maximum data transfer rate of the HDD.I cannot really think of any way to improve the hub, other than to supply some information regarding the DC power port, so I could add more power to the hub for more power hungry devices, or to have the necessary power supply included with the hub.It would also be handy to have 2 mounting slots on the bottom of the hub to enable you to fix the hub to your desk - again, this is a feature not common to most hubs, but would be useful to stop the hub from sliding around.Overall, this is a great quality hub and although you can buy cheaper ones, I would happily pay the couple of extra pounds for the on/off switches.

Buy something else!
I'm sorry but this was rubbish. Not only could my windows 10 system not detect it but it did something so my USB ports no longer worked and in the end I had to completely re-install windows (no USB ports = no mouse/keyboard!). At least take a restore point before plugging this in (it's good practice anyway!). Also note it comes with no power supply, so not so useful if using a number of USB devices that take power from the USB port like thumbdrives/USB drives. I tried everything to make this work, I really wanted it to function - but it just wouldn't. Note there is no apparent website for anyone called ONCHOICE, nor is there any obvious driver you can download via google. So tech support = 0 ! Am happy this worked for some people, but I'd say pick something that has tech support, just in case!

?
Worked very well for the first bit of time but am for some reason now getting a over current warning from windows for it on the USB port, thing is its non powered as all the attached drives already have there own juice. Will update this at some point as doing a reinstall of all software operating system and bios. love the design though and fits well where I have placed it.

and would not recommend anybody to buy one
Does not work as a usb 3 high speed hub, even with a psu attached and only using usb 3 sticks. Not worth the money for a usb 2 hub and falsely advertised as usb 3. Would not buy another one, and would not recommend anybody to buy one.

What a bargain.
ONCHOICE High-Speed 7-PORTS USB 3.0 Hub with 7 Power Switches (Led light)with Cable length:1m/3.3ft: Arrived within 24hrs on Prime. I put it straight into service. I'm thrilled with it. The build quality is excellent. The plugs all fit nice & snuggly. The cable length is not 1 metre as stated, it's more like 2ft. But this isn't a great issue for me. There is a power input socket for anyone who requires it to run 2.5HDD/SSD's. The flat base lends it'self to being bluetacked to any flat surface too. Each USB port is switched & the switches are of good quality. For the price, I think this is excellent value. I would definitely buy another should I needed to.
