Nothing to harm a cat in any way. 😊 **Q: Is it sealed, as in without holes so no water can get in ?** A: yes. Completely sealed. My granddaughter has lots of fun in the bath with theses. **Q: If I get the 2 pack will I get the turtle or penguin?** A: I think they only come in packs of two. Think they are random what you get. I did get the penguins though.
