It’s a beauty
Love this for slicing large cuts. Expensive and a bit flash but that’s kind of the point with a knife like this. Something to use and appreciate and a bit more than a workhorse knife. Very sharp out of the box. The steel at the edge may be a touch hard (brittle) but so far so good.
