Great value, reduced my shoulder pain
Great product. I've been using mine for about 4 months and it has really helped reduce my shoulder pain. It's not quite as adjustable as the top of the range one that my colleague has but it was a third of the price so excellent value for money.

Amazing difference for me
One of those things I got on a whim and now couldn't live without it. Very well made and very easy to fit. Have realised just how much strain my arm and shoulder has gone through while working as on the computer for hours at a time.Well worth the money, just get one and see how much better your arms feel. I love it ❤

Good for cheap, not perfect
bought two of these a month ago cause my shoulders were jammed all the time due to bad ergonomics on my setup. These for sure made the trick and have been reliable for daily use, no more jammed shoulders.I use them while gaming and in the beginning they did require some getting use to, but now that i'm used to them i can recommend them to anyone that needs some extra support for ergonomic bases, or even if you dont, they are comfortable to use!Getting to the comfort, the pads are a little soft in the middle, and i mean a little. There is close to none cushion on them and you'll probably find youself getting/doing some extra cushioning for them just to make the user experience a bit better for longer sessions. I for whatever have not putten in extra cushionings yet cause they ain't that bad if you place your elbow onto it the right way, but i gotta admit more cushion would be nice, the plastic edges do sometimes start hurting just a small bit after a long session. They are ridget but you can easily feel the "bending" by putting more weight onto them but for the 1/4 of the price of the superior make, escpesially considering that some of the bendeage comes from the table (fore example my new wooden tabletop gives more than the earlier, heavier one). They do handle it fine and i have not been worried about them breaking because of too much weight putten on them, altough they might in the future and i will keep you posted if they do.All in all a good product for fraction of the price a bit more sturdy, more cushioned elbow supports would be nice, so if you have the money to go for the bit more expensive ones like for example ergotrons, i highly recommend doing so. If you on the other hand don't have the money, you'll be just fine with these once since they do do the job just as good.

Excellent product for wrist pains, but one concern
That one nut in the photo got lose over time. Luckily I didn't vacuum clean it or something, it is small and easy to lose. It is impossible to get nut in all the way. Unless you are willing to take of some of the padding layer for resting elbow, then you can get screwdriver access and just spin the thing so it will tighten itself. This is clearly faulty design, as you cannot get a grip on on the bolt, neither on the nut.Otherwise it is excellent product for people suffering with wrist pains or trigger finger.

Good value for money. Fairly ergonomic. But they can slide around a lot.
Good value for money. Fairly ergonomic. But they can slide around a lot so it's hard to get comfortable. And it also locks you into the table, but I guess they're easy enough to swivel out of the way so it's not that bad...In a way it's nice that it can move with your arms, but I don't think it's anywhere near as nice as just having a chair with adjustable armrests. I suppose it's a good buy if you don't have a chair with a good set of armrests (with the right height and spacing), and you don't want to buy a new chair. They're good enough ergonomically to relieve pain and stuff, which is the important part. The main gripe I have with them is just how annoying they can be in certain setups. There's a lot of positions which just make these armrests buck out all over the place from the weight of your arm. Other than that, they're generally good though and you probably won't notice them as you go about your day.

They support my arms/elbows good. But the built quality is not the best.
I like that they support my arms/elbows.That helps me so I can work longer without getting tired in the armsand keep me from getting wear and tear in my arms from work in front the PC.So I see it as a good way to take care of your body when you are working long hours in front of your PC.Especially when you are like me and do not have an office computer table where I can place my arms correctly on the table. The downside of these is the built quality is not best.1 of them is already broken after 4-5 months of use.
