Can I add a longer horizontal pipe for a longer run and if so, what's the diameter I'd need?

Hi. I think you would struggle to add to this fitting. Its made to fit as is. There are many other caravan waste water outlet pipe adapters which can be cut to size and added to. For sale on amazon or in caravan shops.
