Great wee bird feeder
Loved this wee easy to use bird feeder. It s small enough for a wee apple and to hang from a smallish tree for small birds. Good design.

Good product, good price & MADE IN ENGLAND< HOORAY !!!
This item had 2 selling points for me - the first that it made in this country, not only that but it actually states MADE IN ENGLAND !!!. Despite being the largest part of Britain we English are the only nation who are criticised for declaring pride in our country. The supermarkets use the ( BRITISH ) Union flag for foods produced in England, while showing the flags of the Welsh & Scots on their foodstuffs, which I consider unfair. Anyway, this feeder is made in ENGLAND, & - 2nd point, is that it is made of recycled materials - 8 plant pots apparently. so that is good too.The product itself even - rather strangely, I thought - came with a length of string, ready to hang after adding the apple or whatever.I thought this was priced fairly, & my only negative thought is that the little dowel rod for the perch does not fit the hole - it is slightly too small & I DID try inserting it both ways round, so that it is not that stable & easily falls out. So far, only a couple of blue tits have had a look at it & I don't think anything has eaten the apple.

Lovely bird feeder
This is such a nice addition to my garden feeder - just a pity that the birds wont eat the apples!

Ashortwalk of a shorter jetty ...
I am always sceptical with the 'eco' label anyway. This appears to be made of plastic with a rough cut piece of wire for the apple. It's a very poor design as unless your apple is tiny it will fill the aperture leaving no way of getting the other end of the wire into the side (not easy when there's nothing on it). The perching dowel is not a tight fit and had to be glued in place with epoxy. There are more effective and user friendly, with a better appearance, at a similar price on Amazon. I have since bought one with 'roof' and grippable wire. Same price better product.Do not buy

Good value
Looks nice, clever design.Holds apples really well. Have put half an apple on and waiting for birds to find it.

The birds don’t think much of it
Couldn’t get the perch to go all the way through so it’s twice as long on one side than the other. If you use it as illustrated, the birds won’t touch it. Even cutting the apple in half and putting the pieces back to back has only resulted in a little more interest.
