I wanted to leave some positive feedback about CLA 1000 product., which I've been taking for some time now.I have noticed over the last 18-20 months (approx.) of taking the product, as part of a healthy and balanced diet, whilst training intensely x4 times a week, my lean muscle levels have remained consistent, my body fat has decreased over time (currently at 15% but have been lower in the last year) and I'm stronger than I ever have been. This is a massive bonus for someone like myself, who finds it notoriously difficult to shed excess stubborn fat around my waist and oblique area due to Asian heritageI eat regular meals during the course of the day, taking CLA 1000 straight after breakfast, lunch and dinner. I also intermittent fast, only eating 12pm-8pm. The results, along with heavy compound training, and little cardio, have been amazing. I'm stronger, my general metabolism has increased, and I'm able to push myself longer and harder in the gym. They are also easy to digest, not leaving any negative side effects on my body.In combination with Trans4orm and Lean Mode, two of your other products, I've managed to go from 25% body fat mid 2019, down to around 15%, without needing to utilise heavy cardio or HIIT. Compound training, a healthy diet, and a combination of CLA 1000/Lean Mode and Trans4orm have massively helped me to achieve thisA great product, and highly recommended. I will continue to use CLA 1000 in the future, and have already recommended to a lot of friends who weight train and want to lose stubborn body fat

Everyone that’s into fitness and supplements know that cla is great to support your metabolismSince taking this I feel less hungry and more energetic. I have bought from other companies in the past but this works best for me I love evolution products

A really good product, I have tried CLA from other manufacturers and to date these are the best. They are easy to swollow with no aftertaste, gentle on the stomach and have produced no negative side effects in me. They work really well at keeping hunger pangs at bay whilst you reduce the amount of calories in your diet. I've noticed that the visceral fat on my stomach is reducing since I've started using these, although how much is solely down to the CLA or a change in both my excercise and diet is hard to quantify. In essence you do need to make life style changes for the CLA to work as they are not magic bullets

Its a great product which helped me in my weight management. I added it as supplement during my weight loss training and it helped me in getting in to the shape I wanted. I also bought EVL fish oil supplement which helped in keeping my brain and heart healthy while on low carb training.

Rubbish and does not work. I train 6 days a week with a good diet. Have gone on to try different product
