This water filter worked great at increasing the pH of our well water. We live in the Pacific Northwest in berry country so our soil is EXTREMELY acidic. After using this filter our water was way smoother and easier to drink and it did not "sit" in my stomach heavily like our regular tap water does. The only reason I took off a star is for some reason after refilling the container a few times we would get these brown sludge looking floaties in the container. At first I thought my kid dropped food in it so I cleaned it out but the same thing happened again after several refills. I also thought maybe our water had rust or something in it so I filled a container of our tap water and let it sit but there were no "floaties" that emerged so it has to be something with the filter. Will order a new filter and see if I got a defective one. Attached is a photo of the brown floaties in the pH recharge filter container and the other is a container with regular tap water.

Hahah, we’re water snobs. I even like pure alkaline water for my pesticide free coffee ... kind of a passion. My wife bought this filtration system and it has won me over! In SoCal the tap water in my neighborhood is notoriously bad. Earlier I had put several inline filters on the fridge’s water ... still no good. However the Invigorated Water counter top model has won us all over! Great job! Using tap water!ONE SMALL ISSUE ... my son wrenched on the spigot a little too hard and broke off the tabs it hinges on. I went to the Invigorated Water website and did a chat and another is being sent to me right away. I shared that I’d do a review.THE SAME SMALL ISSUE, this time my wife broke the cheap spigot. So took the dimensions of the plastic spigot and I bought a metal one ... no problems since!Worth 5 Stars. It surprised me how good this Invogorated Water is as bottled water can be “iffy.” Great purchase.

Bulky. Space between top and bottom is too large. Water tastes the same as out of my tap.( Even brita makes it taste better) Spout is cheaply made. And, so extremely expensive. I don't even want to waste the money on another filter.

I love having a big supply of filtered drinking water handy and it's easy to keep filled. It tastes good and refreshing and it works well. The kids like being able to get a drink by themselves whenever they want. It was somewhat tricky getting the filter to seat correctly when I first set it up but after using a bit more force than I was comfortable with, the filter went into place and has been working well ever since. I was hesitant to spend this much for a water filter but I was tired of the small one I had before that took forever to fill up the pitcher. Now we have plenty for drinking, cooking, and coffee and can easily fill a water bottle before leaving the house.

The size of this container works very well for my family of five. I wish the spigot was better quality and not plastic. The water tastes amazing especially given that the tap water here smells like butt and tastes like mildew. I was hesitant to purchase this due to the cost but it's worth it for us!

I have definitely noticed a difference in the quality and taste of my water. My cats are drinking more water since we've started using Invigorated Water. It is easy to use and I will recommend this product to my family.

Great at first, replaced filters as suggested. Replacement filters, in a word "worthless". In a short 6 months the dispenser breaks off. No children in this household. CHEAP

It's perfect size for my countertop next to my coffee pot and stove. The only downfall is you have to keep the filter wet, so if your water goes below a certain point and you don't refill it right away you have to speak the filter all over again.

Writing this after 6 months because I wanted to give it a good run before reviewing.I'll admit I was a little disappointed at first. Running water through just the included PH001 filter didn't seem to taste any better than our tap water, so I decided to buy the PH002 filter attachment and I'm glad I did. After installing the second filter, the water tastes so much better. It ruined the taste of bottled water for me, which I guess is a good thing because I'm saving money.Side note: The tap sometimes loosened and dripped at first, but stopped after tightening it. Hasn't dripped in over a month now.

I would give it a 5 out of 5 if I had the ability to verify the quality of the filter. I think it's working 'as advertised' but I'm a bit suspicious because the water goes through the filter pretty quickly. However, I don't smell chlorine in the water... I use it all the time. My view is that if it is doing most of what it is supposed to do I'm good with it.. our water locally is pretty good out of the tap but it's nice to get some of the chlorine and other crap out of it.

Best water purification we have bought It’s easy to fill and water tastes great. My husband and I drink so much more water now.

This is second unit. I have two units. They work for me well, very well.

I’m beyond irritated. After finally finishing my gallon of bottled water I got my new water filtration tank out a week after purchase only to struggle and struggle to no avail to get the filter seated properly. And after about 40’mins I’ve given up. Water just pours thru the side past the filter! I’d box it up and return it immediately but I’d thrown the package out last week after checking there was no damage. So now I feel completely screwed. I wanted to love this product but now I just want to smash it into a million plastic pieces!!!

Until. Now we are very pleased. The water taste better, the easy way to serve it makes the little one happy and independent. We love swing trough and the oxygen bubbles that arise. It's a great size. We are happy.

It feels to me like with all products.. and because of capitalism's open doors.. there can be Lack of proven scientific data to prove that this won't kill all of us.. but still I drink it everyday.. oh well

Our unit has never dispensed water well. Upon taking apart the spout I now see it has arrived damaged/ detective. Initially we thought it was a poor design, now I see it is poor manufacturing.

The water tasted good but it only worked for a month. I kept changing the filter thinking it is the problem but it just doesn't work anymore.

Loved this product! Finally I can drink tap water that’s more healthy and also doesn’t taste bad, because the filter makes it taste much better!

I find that the machine works very well except for one thing; the lid is very hard to lift because of the odd shaped handle.....also, what stops bacteria from entering through the holes around the handle... it's a "lid problem.....

Our family bought this product in an attempt to cut back on buying bottled water. We are enjoying this product and the water is refreshing.
